By using the Vintory platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

2. The Service

Vintory is a kosher wine collection management platform providing wine information, prices, recommendations, and AI tools. Information is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice.

3. User Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Sharing your account with others is prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. User Content

Reviews and content you publish remain yours, but you grant Vintory a license to display and distribute them within the platform. Publishing misleading, harmful, or unlawful content is prohibited.

5. Prices and Payments

Wine prices are provided for estimation purposes only and are not binding. The Premium plan requires a monthly payment. You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Limitation of Liability

Vintory is provided "as is." We are not responsible for damages resulting from reliance on platform information, including prices, recommendations, and wine descriptions.

7. Service Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable prior notice.
