Privacy requests — a copy of your data, or deletion of your account and everything in it — go to the same address unless a separate one is listed on the privacy page.

Before you write

• If a label was read wrongly, every field on a bottle stays editable — correcting it there is faster than writing to us.
• If something in the world looks wrong — a region misplaced, a winery misdescribed — tell us what and where, and we will fix the source.
• If you found a security problem, say so in the first line and we will treat it accordingly.
